Team Leader: 15 years’ experience leading large health program for the government and donors such as DFID, EU, USAID, etc. experience with government, private sector. NGO, & other health partners in Pakistan, at national & decentralized levels. Technical grasp of: RMNH, social marketing, private sector engagement, health markets, health systems strengthening, gender & other social determinants, research, and groups such as rural women, youth, and the poor, integrity, commitment to excellence, equality, & inclusiveness. Excellent strategic & management skills, including accountability & value for money.
Senior RMNH Specialist: Expertise in the above areas. Ability to work with & build capacity of govt. private sector groups, NGOs, faith- and community-based organizations in Pakistan. Experience with monitoring RMNH program & using data for decision-making a plus. 10 years’ experience with govt health program & donors, e.g., DFID, EU, etc.
