Manager, Horticulture
The incumbent will be responsible to provide professional advice on the selection, ordering, planting, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, ground covers, and turf grasses on campus. Grow potted plants & nursery stock and maintain records on the growing operations. Train and supervise staff in techniques of planting ornamental plants. Prepare and implement the maintenance programs for the control of plant diseases and insects. Maintain effective relationships with regulatory agencies, suppliers and contractors.
Candidate should possess Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. Should have extensive knowledge in common flora like trees, shrubs etc.
