Requirements
Graduate/ Master Degree holder from a reputable institute.
Good communication skills with pleasing personality
Min. 10 years relevant experience in Food/ Pharmaceutical or Allied industry.
Having good command of production planning, co-ordination and control of production processes. Capable to supervise and motivate a team of staff & workers. Should have the knowledge of inventory, quality assurance and Health & Safety issues. Be responsible for scheduling staff works, arranging disciplinary matters, identifying training needs and progressing their career development. Experience of ISO, QMS, GMPs and HACCP will be added an advantage.
