Ability to work with & Build capacity of govt. private sector groups, NGOs, faith- and community-based organization in Pakistan. Experience with monitoring RMNH programs & using data for decision-marking a plus. 10 years’ experience with govt health programs & donors e.g. DFID. EU, etc.
