Job Description
- Prepare high-level L2/L3 solutions for corporate customers according to the project requirement.
- Coordinate with enterprise customer for complete project plan soon after receiving the go-ahead from the approving authority.
- Liaise with FO, NOC, D&E, inventory, procurement, third party, interconnects and sales to deliver the circuitsaccording to the project plan until its completion.
- Perform the configuration task as per customer requirement.
- Provide solutions containing various technologies (auto-failover, link redundancy, bandwidth aggregation, L2/L3 VPN, firewalls).
- Provide solutions containing various protocols (OSPF, BGP, EBGP, and MPLS).
- Perform post implementation tasks after delivering a single circuit and delivering the project after completion.
- Resolve customer trouble tickets over the phone or by visiting the customer.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the solutions deployed.
- Provide solutions designed carefully along with complete documentation, diagram etc. and getting it Vetted by Vetting Panel
Essential Skills
- Should have a good knowledge of networking technologies, projects management and Pre-sales
- Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite
Desirable Skills
- Should secure excellent communication skills
- Should be a good team player with a proactive approach
- Should have good knowledge of CCNA/Project Management
