ALHAMDOLILLHA Dream world Resort, Hotel & Golf Club is currently hiring for the positions of Banquet Operations Manager.
The hired person will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of all functions and operations of all banqueting activities including understanding of clients requirements; setup menus planning and coordination; décor; staffing; etc. the hired person will be expected to be at least Graduate and have at least 8 years of relevant experience with reputed hotels and / or club. Hired official will be responsible for performing and / or assisting in the tasks of menu planning; costing and its controlling; establishing and ensuring highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, taste and menu combinations. He must have strong, demonstrable interpersonal, client-dealing and staff-handling skills. Computer-literacy will be must. International experience will be a big plus in the hiring process.
