ALHAMDOLILLHA Dream world Resort, Hotel & Golf Club is currently hiring for the positions of Assistant Manager Food & Beverage.
The hired person will be responsible for assisting the Head of F&B in all day to day operations and ensuring smooth running of all functions and operations of all the restaurants and banqueting activities including buffer set-ups; menu planning; handling al a carte operations; staffing and staff management; etc. the hired person will be expected to be at least Graduate and have at least 5 years of relevant experience with reputed hotels and / or clubs. Hired official will be responsible for performing and / or assisting in the tasks of menu planning; establishing and ensuring highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, taste and menu combinations. He must have strong, demonstrable interpersonal, client-dealing and staff-handling skills. Computer-literacy will be must.
