Provide technical guidance and coaching to the maintenance team effective execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance jobs
Be able to understand the problems and find sustainable solutions for Mechanical, instrument and Electrical jobs.
Should have a sound knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
Formulate safe working procedures / practices and recommend training requirement for this team
Should have sound experience of Oil and gas field Process equipment including rotating, reciprocating and stationary equipment.
Experience in the Operation and Maintenance of Gas Compressors, Electrical Power Generating Systems and Engines would be an added advantage
Should be able to participate and lead in RCFA studies for chronic and recurring equipment failures
Monitors and analyses maintenance spend and makes recommendations for any interventions or opportunities.
Qualification & Experience
Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline or Equivalent Technical qualification.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas related field.
Possess a valid Pakistani Driving License.
