Provide a lead role in the Planning and managing requirements of material, equipment and services relating to a sector.
Develop sourcing strategies in alignment with applicable market sector and commodity strategies.
Executive business plan derived from the long-term plan and translating into a demand plan to be delivered according to targets on timeline, quality and costs.
Lead the sourcing process which prequalification, development of scope of work, tender preparation and evaluation, supplier selection, commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
Managing a team of sector specialists providing a full range of procurement services to the sector.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate degree in business / Engineering Preferable
At least 8 years of procurement and supply chain experience. Experience of a similar role in E&P is preferred.
