- Hold a Masters Degree
- Have 3-5 years of total work experience; at least 2 years of work experience should be in Telecom
- Carry out evaluation reports to determine areas of weakness and derive TNA for trainings.
- Design and conduct technical & soft skill presentations/trainings for the CC Touch Points.
- Assist/Suggest new SOPs, scrutinize old one for improvement.
- Coach & mentor CCRs and help them perform better.
- Carry out all routine Quality reports timely.
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
- Should display the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Should be proficient in MS Office Suite; especially Word and Excel
- Should have the capability of analytical and out of the box thinking
